Beat the heat with these indoor activities

New York is in the middle of a heat wave, so if you find yourself in the city this week, doing anything outdoors for too long will be quite uncomfortable. Fortunately, the city always has a number of exciting indoor activities that will keep you entertained and out of the sun.

Beer enthusiasts should take advantage of Chelsea Brewing Company's free tour of its microbrewery -- the largest in Manhattan. Tours take place every Saturday and include free samples and discounts on pints at the brewery's bar and restaurant.

If you are traveling to Manhattan, odds are you will pass through Grand Central Terminal. Instead of rushing to make your next train, why not take the time to learn about this historic building with a self-guided audio tour from MTA Metro-North Railroad and Orpheo USA.

Chocolate lovers can explore the Mast Brothers Chocolate Factory in Brooklyn, where every Saturday and Sunday guests can see how chocolate is made and even get some samples.

The 92nd Street Y is celebrating jazz this month with such show themes as "The Legacy of Blue Note Records" and the works of Irving Berlin.

Fashionistas can check out the work of a design legend at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Alexander McQueen exhibit, "Savage Beauty."

NYC Limo would be happy to take you to any of the aforementioned places in comfort and style. Contact us to arrange your transportation today.
