The Whitney Museum on May 21 will celebrate the groundbreaking for its new Meatpacking District location with a day full of free programs for families, teens and adults.
Families are invited to view the future site of the Whitney's new building, see renderings of the building, participate in activities and explore the neighborhood through the eyes of artist Lize Mogel with a free limited-edition guide.
Once the children have had their fun, adults can celebrate the museum with a dance party at Hiro Ballroom at the Maritime Hotel. The event is open to those 21 years of age and older. Tickets are $5 each and may be purchased in advance or at the door.
Whether you want to explore the future Whitney site with your family, or party the night away, NYC Limousine has got you covered.
