U.S. Open arrives in FlushingU.S. Open, starts Aug. 31 and promises to be an exciting display of the sport's best talent. Having had the pleasure of witnessing the athleticism of Serena Williams and Andre Agassi at a past U.S. Open, I can say first hand that it is not to be missed.
Even if you can't catch a marquee match starring the likes of Roger Federer, Andy Roddick or Venus Williams, there is plenty of tennis to experience throughout the tournament, which runs through Sept. 12.
While tennis is the focus of the Open, attendees will have plenty of other entertainment to experience, including performances by up-and-coming bands and special programs for children.
