As spring rolls into town and the warm weather returns, it's a great time to get outside and celebrate the Easter and Passover holidays. Kids will love the selection of Easter egg hunts sprinkled throughout the five boroughs. For all ages, there is the annual Easter Parade and Easter Bonnet Festival. And for Passover, there are a number of Seders to attend.

March 22-23: Join Bella the costume bunny for Eggstreme Weekend at the Bronx Zoo. It will be a weekend of egg races, egg hunts, storytelling and an overall fun time for the whole family. (2300 Southern Boulevard, Bronx, 718-220-5100)

March 23: The annual Easter Parade and Easter Bonnet Festival is a tradition dating back to the 1800s. Come in your flamboyant bonnet and see what other spectators/participants are wearing. The parade marches up Fifth Avenue, starting at 49th Street near St. Patrick's Cathedral and ending at 55th Street. 11am.

April 13: Big Onion Tours' annual Jewish Lower East Side tour takes you through more than 150 years of Jewish history. Stops include the founding site of the B'nai B'rith, the Jewish Daily Forward building and sites associated with various famous rabbis. Prices vary; tour leaves at 11am from the southeast corner of Delancey and Essex Streets. (212-439-1090)
